Meeting on November 13, 2023
Gregorian Seniors Forum meeting was held on Monday, November 13, 2023 at the church's parish hall. The forum celebrated the 50th Wedding Anniversary of Geevarghese Mathai and Annamma Mathai, a joyful occasion shared with all members.

Mental Health Wellness Program and Luncheon Meeting
Gregorian Seniors Forum Luncheon Meeting on Nov 18, 12:00 – 03:00 pm in the basement went really well. Andrea Pec from Ever Minds Mental Health Wellness, Peel Region joined the meeting and received the donation cheque for $ 2,000/- collected by us. Sincere thanks to our members for generously contributing towards this fund. What we have gathered from Andrea regarding the youth mental wealth wellness program prompts us to look for more ways to support such projects and invites our focus to complement towards maintaining mental health among us and in the wider society. Thanks to all the respected senior members in the forum for their participation in person.

We have 19 members on the roll. Most of the members attended the scheduled meetings throughout the year.
Monthly Meeting
Monthly meetings were conducted on the 4th Wednesday of the month. The schedule was later changed to the last Saturday of the month from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Activities
A variety of activities were held throughout the year and were found to be quite successful and beneficial for all members.
Key Activities of 2018
- September 1, 2018 — Seniors visited Martyrs' Shrine in Midland, Ontario, attending the Holy Mass. Everyone agreed it was a blessed trip.
- August 22, 2018 — Formal session on smartphone usage and features, conducted by Mr. Sony Mankidy and his team. Cell phones were available at discounted prices and all proceeds were donated to the church. A raffle was held and Mr. Alex Jacob was awarded the prize.
- September 22, 2018 — Computer training class at the church by Mr. Mathew Thomas, covering all aspects of modern computers.
- Seniors Forum members presented a group song at the Parish Night celebration.
- Upcoming: Financial planning session, Medical forum, and a Charity drive.
